The project includes the perimeter security wall/fence, Main Compound Access Pavilion (MCAP), new Service Compound Entry Pavilion (SCAP), new four story New Office Annex (NOX) attached to a repurposed New Office Building (NOB), Marine Service Guard Residence (MSGR), Service Entry/Utility Building (SVC), enlarged Support Annex (SPX) and a new Recreation Facility. Partial demolition of the existing NOB, SVC and SPX is required to accommodate the new construction.
