Project Description
A front addition to the Galley expand
the seating area and restrooms, requiring the removal of the portion of
existing facility's facade. A rear addition to the Galley provides refrigerated
storage spaces for meats, fish and dairy, storage for frozen foods, storage
areas for dry goods and produce, and administrative space. It will also include
modifications to the receiving area and kitchen area.
The Cold Storage Warehouse is a
stand-alone new structure in the industrial area of the camp, ½ mile away. The facility provides additional
refrigerated, frozen, and dry storage spaces for galley items, and an office
and restroom.
